02 l Automotive Parts Business Department

KOFCO endeavors to manufacture the top-quality automotive parts and to satisfy our customers by acquiring ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 of internationally well-known top-quality certificate on auto parts.
Our auto parts business department produces high-tech Half shaft and Front axle assembly for passenger cars, and Front axle & Brake assembly for Buses and Trucks.
Auto parts, manufactured with skilled technology of high-quality and precision machines, are needed of precisions on each field
and we are proud on our products while we make efforts to develop new technology and new products. And more on, we manufacture through constant testing process with the latest measuring apparatus.

03 l Forging Business Department

Our forging department produces the main engine parts of automobiles which must be produced with high technology: Crank shaft, Hub, Cam shaft, Differencial gear and Spindle with the nation's biggest 12,500 ton Forging press, Twister press, and also with 6,300 ton forging press.


04 l Flange Department

Our Flange department has been acknowledged for our technology and quality products from clients all over the world and in particular, we've acquired internationally certified quality guarantees from numerous associations of authority including Shell international petroleum, Exxon, USCG, Lloyd's register of shipping and ARAMCO while we manufacture various kinds of flanges including carbon steel, non-steel, ANSI, AWWA, API, MSS and others. We are mainly equipped with the nation's biggest 12,500 ton forging press, Air drop hammer, CNC maching center, other numerous computerized machine facilities and robot manufacturing system.

05 l Industrial Machinery Department

Our Industrial machinery department produces quality industrial machineries by excellent engineers and skilled workers along with generally modernized equipments.
Our leading products are mainly for power plants, vessel structure, steel structure and press container of chemical factory, bridge and construction-related while we produce quality products and provide them based on our high technology, the latest facilities, great experiences, manufacturing system for time limit and general quality control system.
